“Doing my regular off track training helps to improve my overall health and just makes me feel better in general. Also as a racer, it helps to improve my strength, endurance and flexibility in the legs to help move around easily on the bike without getting tired or cramped up. And the upper body strength helps to maintain my position under hard acceleration and braking. This makes it easier for me to concentrate on racing harder. ”
